David's Roofing has an amazing production team to handle installation, allowing Sales Representatives to focus on serving assigned qualified leads generated by marketing, as well as building their own funnel of clients over time. We set you up for success — your hard work and ability to close defines how much you win.

David's Sales Representatives do NOT…

• Have caps on commissions
• Install roofs
• Manage production
• Have to generate all of your own leads

You WILL be…

• Trained by a best-in-class sales team
• Supported by a marketing, lead intake, and management team
• Provided a company vehicle, fuel card, and cell phone
• Performing in-person inspections at customers' homes and small businesses
• Willing and able to climb on roofs to inspect damage
• Generating estimates and consulting customers on the right solutions
• Ensuring an excellent experience through job completion
• Developing strong client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Tracking and communicating internally on David's Roofing CRM tool
• Attending outside sales activities — training, trade events, targeted canvassing
• Operating with integrity
